From corporate events to dances and performances, event photography is always key to capturing candid (and posed!) moments at your event. Guests LOVE to relive events through pictures and event coordinators LOVE to see their event documented, so don't forget to hire a photographer!
Event photography - starting at $250/hour
- Approximately 150 images are taken for each hour of coverage
- Digital gallery for guests to easily view event photos
- Access to ALL final digital copies of your images with permission to PRINT and SHARE as you please
- Minimum 2 hours of coverage
- Final images are typically delivered in 2-weeks from the event. Next business day, or express (2-4 days) turnaround options are available at an additional cost.
*Event photography must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
**An additional travel fee of $100 will be charged for Austin, Fredericksburg, and Dripping Springs. Travel Fees for locations more than 100 miles from San Antonio may require additional charges. Pricing may vary for additional time, locations, and outfits.
***A $100 non-refundable retainer fee may be required at the time of booking to schedule your event. The fee will be credited towards your total session fee.
